Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is deductible against your treatment/products.


Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or amend your appointment. If you do notify us within the cancellation period you will forfeit your deposit.

Returns Policy
Please let us know within 48 hours if you are not happy with an item you have received. To be eligible for a return, you must return the item unopened, unused, in the original packaging within 14 days.

Refund Policy
The item will be inspected on return. Once approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item.
